Introduction
These are our terms and conditions and they apply to any transactions on the EasiYoghurt website. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference. These terms and conditions apply to all orders received by EasiYoghurt online or via e-mail, telephone and post. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions and the placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

General
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions. If you are not a consumer, you confirm that you have authority to bind any business on whose behalf you use this website
To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK specifically, or other locations as may be agreed. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full. We will issue you with an electronic invoice once we have despatched the goods to you. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.

Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. All required fields and sections of the online order forms must be completed with the correct information to avoid subsequent delays in order processing. Should proof of identification and/or address be required we will contact you. We will also contact you should any problems arise regarding debit/credit card authorisation.

Description of Goods

Many of the products we sell are of a technical nature and while we strive to publish as much information as possible it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Full detailed specifications are available from the manufacturer's brochures or their websites.

Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but unless specified exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.

Payment Methods
We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Switch, we do not accept American Express. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number, incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. You may also pay by cheque or postal order although we cannot despatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take at least 10 days.

Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them.

Delivery of products
Assuming stock availability orders will normally be scheduled for despatch within 1-5 working days from clearance of payment. We will always endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only. If any special deliveries or arranged delivery dates do not take place due to an act of god (adverse weather etc) we will not be held responsible and any delivery costs will not be refunded. Additionally, where a delivery has failed, resulting in return of the item to EasiYoghurt by the courier, an additional delivery charge at the same rate as the original may be levied on redelivery

Risk
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. On acceptance of your delivery, if you are unable to check the contents of the package please sign the delivery note as, "unchecked"
From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or in-correct goods supplied should be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.

Returns Policy
If products arrive in a damaged condition, the customer must make a note on the courier's consignment note as described above in, "Risk" and it is the customer's responsibility to notify EasiYoghurt within 3 days of receipt by phone or e-mail.
It is the customer's responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the courier's consignment note and report any shortages to EasiYoghurt within 3 days of receipt by fax or e-mail.
All goods must be checked thoroughly prior to signing at time of delivery as neither EasiYoghurt nor our couriers can be held responsible for any claims for damages or shortages arising thereafter.
It is the customer's responsibility to notify EasiYoghurt of any incorrect goods supplied within 3 days of receipt.
EasiYoghurt will not accept any liability for products lost in transit unless notified within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
Potential replacement of damaged or defective goods will only be made after receipt and inspection of said goods by EasiYoghurt personnel at their premises. All returns must be with the original manufacturers packaging.
The customer may cancel the order within 28 days from the day after receipt of the goods. The purchase price, less carriage, of unwanted goods returned to EasiYoghurt in their original condition and with their original packaging will be refunded. The customer is liable for all carriage charges relating to the return of unwanted items. Alternatively, the opportunity to negotiate an exchange for an item of the same value will be made available.
EasiYoghurt will not refund, exchange or repair free of charge any goods damaged, marked or no longer of merchantable quality.
Any refund due will be processed within 30 days from the date of cancellation of an order.

Cancellation of Orders/Returned Goods
You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 working days following the day you receive the goods and receive credit or a refund. Following notification EasiYoghurt will issue a returns authorisation document and no goods will be accepted for return without a signed returns authorisation document.
You must inform us of your reasons for returning goods in writing within 7 working days following the day you receive the goods by. It is the customer's responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods. Your product must be complete and in 'as new' condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned. You will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and take responsible care and precautions when returning products to us to ensure the safe return of the goods. On receipt of the goods into our warehouse, the goods will be inspected by our warehouse/logistics department, after inspection if it is apparent that reasonable care of the equipment has not been taken or the product has been used or installed, we reserve the right to levy a surcharge from the amount of the refund agreed which could be up to 15% of the purchase price. In the event of any accessories or instructions are missing, the company reserves the right to charge for replacement of these items. Refunds will be issued within 28 days from receipt of goods into our warehouse.

We cannot cancel your purchase when:
there is a contract for services with the product and you have started using the services.
subscription, but not an extended warranty service agreement;
the seal has been broken on any videotapes, DVDs, CDs, minidiscs, memory cards, or software or games, or on any personal hygiene products.
the goods were a special order to your specification.

Privacy Policy
EasiYoghurt do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

EasiYoghurt do not sell or transmit any customer's personal information, including e-mail addresses, to any organisation for any purpose other than for processing orders placed with us (where necessary).

Where there is sufficient evidence to suggest that fraud is being perpetrated, EasiYoghurt reserve the right to pass identification, such as name, address, email and ISP details, to other businesses, fraud databases and relevant authorities.
